Shipping
Our products are made to order. Fulfillment times vary but are typically within 2–3 weeks. If your order is expected to take longer, we will contact you at the email address you provide during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless otherwise noted, and can change without notice. We are unable to guarantee exact fulfillment timelines. You can check the status of your order by visiting the link provided in the receipt email.
Select products are eligible for free standard shipping within the US, as indicated on their listings. The entire order will qualify for free shipping if it includes at least one such eligible product.
Outside of the US
At this time shipping outside of the United States is not available.
Returns & Refunds
Unused and unaltered products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the original purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To initiate a return and refund, contact us with your order number, or simply reply to the order receipt email.
Ineligible products
All items on sale and/or sold as-is with a cosmetic defect (“seconds”) are final sale only and not eligible for refunds.
Additionally, due to their nature, live or perishable items are not eligible for return or refund.
Other retailers
Products designed and produced by us but purchased from an independent retailer must be returned directly to that retailer, and are subject to that retailer’s return and refund policy.
Pending Orders
Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipping. Visit the order status page using the link in the receipt email to see the current status of your order.
